FAQ

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard payments made through PayPal.

What are your payment terms?

We require payment in full of ALL custom orders in quantities under fifty. We also accept school and federal purchase orders.

What is your return policy?

Custom orders are NonRefundable

LOC Extensions 

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES

All other items may be exchanged only and must be with in 15 days of ship date. Items exchanged must be in in same condition as purchased. Exchange items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached

What if I need to cancel my order?

 

CDIB will give a 24 hour grace period to make alterations or cancel your order.
